We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resource Planner to join our supply chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience to gain hands-on exposure in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in supporting production capacity planning and resource allocation to meet customer demand, while collaborating closely with purchasing, factory operations, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining capacity plans to support customer demand and production schedules.
- Collaborate with purchasing and factory teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Support cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization and resource planning.
- Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in interdepartmental coordination to align resource planning with operational priorities.
- Learn and apply PDCA or other continuous improvement methodologies in daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Less than 2 years of work experience; internship or project experience in supply chain or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to respond proactively to changing needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and in cross-functional collaboration. Ability to clearly convey ideas, coordinate with multiple departments, and build effective working relationships.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or academic project experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes, MRP, or production scheduling.
- Experience participating in process improvement or project management activities.
