1.Call VIP customer and Make Appointment support customer experience and operation handling
2.Support Call Hot Line support customer high value and VIP
3.Monitor social media and support operation handling
4.Approved job orders customer network unstable
5.Penalty technique maintenance, approved asset and sap inventory
6.Coordinate support nationwide
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree in any field, age not over 23-40 years old.
2.Experince 1-3 years experience on FTTx Broadband Internet, Telecommunication system, IT Networking
3.Look good personality , Speak politely , Speak English , Excellent communication skills
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , Have service mind and Customer-focused mindset
5.Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
6.Knowledge of computer applications and software (e.g. Customer support software and Microsoft Office)
7.Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
