Hybrid Inside Sales Consultant presso Johnson Controls

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll manage opportunities from initial interest to successful closure. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Field Operations, and Technical Services to deliver tailored proposals that meet customer needs and align with our standards.

What You’ll Do

Our inside sales team work a queue of service technician leads, engage with customers to quote and secure orders for Labour and Materials.

• Make introduction calls to customers to identify needs, build quotes and close sales

• Produce quotes to our customers using correct local pricing tools

• Partner with local Field operation/ Sales team for upsell opportunities

• Engage with suppliers

• Provide excellent customer service, managing customer expectations and providing regular updates

• Make calls to secure orders within specific time frames

• Ad hoc admin tasks

Focus Areas: Lifecycle & Modernization (L&M); Upgrades, Spare Parts

What We’re Looking For

• Completed secondary education 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in service sales or estimation

• Fluent in German and English

• B2B sales experience

• Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills

• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice to Have:

• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical field

• Product knowledge Johnson Controls products/solutions  in HVAC, Fire & Security, or Controls

If you are relocating to Bratislava to join Johnson Controls, you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you setup your new life in Slovakia. The gross monthly salary for this position starts from €1,550, plus a monthly bonus (starting after your first 6 months) and eligibility for our Sales Incentive Plan. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
