The Opportunity
As our Learning & Development Lead, you’ll be building a modern, commercially-savvy L&D function from the ground up. You’ll bring a fresh perspective to L&D—deeply tech-forward, digitally fluent, and able to leverage AI and modern tools to deliver learning that directly impacts performance and business outcomes.
We’re not here to tick boxes. We’re here to improve how the business operates—smarter, faster, and more effectively. You’ll work closely with the people partnering team and leaders across the business to understand strategic priorities and translate them into learning experiences that drive real change.
