Our mission is to enhance the productivity of the Sales team, driving customer acquisition and growth. We collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure our teams have the tools, processes, and training they need to succeed.As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be integral in driving operational efficiency and tool adoption within the Sales organization. You will manage key sales tools, collaborate across departments, and ensure that our sales teams are well-equipped to exceed targets and deliver value to customers.LocationHybrid role in San Jose, CAWhat You Will Be Doing

  • Act as the subject matter expert for sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Calendly. Ensure all Sales team members are fully trained on these tools, with ongoing updates and knowledge sharing about new functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT to drive integrations and optimizations of sales tools to improve efficiency, data flow, and user experience. Manage the successful integration between Salesforce and HubSpot, and actively troubleshoot or escalate issues as needed.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing to manage and optimize sales campaigns within Salesforce and HubSpot. Provide insights and reports on marketing efforts related to lead generation, product launches, and campaigns, ensuring alignment between Sales and Marketing objectives.
  • Manage the onboarding and training process for new Sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, resources and knowledge necessary for success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales leaders, HR, product marketing) to identify training needs, schedule sessions and track progress. Provide ongoing support to new hires, ensuring they are receiving timely updates on sales tools and best practices as part of the integration into the team.
  • Continuously assess and streamline internal processes which impact the Sales organization, ensuring that workflows are efficient and aligned with the team's goals. Maintain updated documentation of tool usage, processes, and best practices, and ensure they are easily accessible to the sales team.
  • Foster a culture of tool adoption by working closely with sales leadership to drive awareness and best practices for using sales tools effectively. Ensure that all Sales team members are leveraging the tools to their fullest potential, resulting in measurable improvements in productivity and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with IT, Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment across functions. Provide regular updates on tool adoption, training, and process improvements. Be the voice of the Sales team in cross-functional discussions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure tool usage, training effectiveness, and sales team productivity. Use data to recommend improvements and make informed decisions about tool adoption and process optimization.
What You Should HaveRequired Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a related field, ideally within a B2B technology or SaaS environment. Former experience in a Sales role is a plus.
  • Deep experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Calendly. Knowledge of other tools like Slack, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or Gong is a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze, optimize, and implement sales processes to improve efficiency. Experience with CRM, sales automation, and reporting tools is essential.
  • Experience creating and delivering effective training programs for diverse teams. Able to explain complex tools and processes in a simple, accessible way.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Proficient in using reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Salesforce reports, Excel, Tableau).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Enthusiastic about leveraging technology to improve processes and productivity. Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A focus on outcomes, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals, particularly in tool adoption, training effectiveness, and sales productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a global organization or with international teams is a plus.
Pay & BenefitsFor this role, the estimated base salary is $75,000 - $95,000.
