We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee Kraft-Heinz UK Operations' hiring - talent pipelining for our three Kraft-Heinz UK factories - Kitt Green, Telford & Worcester - home of some of the world's most recognisable Food & Beverage brands including Heinz Beans, Tinned Soups & Pastas, Lea & Perrins and Kraft-Heinz Away From Home brands!
About You
As a key member of our UK People & Performance team, you'll play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of recruitment and talent pipelining for our operational roles. This role will be a high impact position - you'll be proactively pipelining, building lasting business partner relationships, informing on hiring process and will be intimately involved in leading our Early Careers hiring for our world class Global Manufacturing Traineeship program.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the full recruitment cycle for operational roles, including sourcing, selecting, assessing, screening, and hiring top talent for our 3 UK Manufacturing Sites;
- Building and maintaining critical business partnering relationships with site leads and HR teams to understand and act upon current and future hiring needs;
- Lead Early Careers recruitment for our Global Manufacturing Traineeship program;
- Drive the Talent Acquisition Belonging agenda and Inclusive Hiring policy;
- Leading budget responsibility for UK recruitment including full budgeting & forecasting;
- Training the business in interviewing skills and standard methodologies - you'll be a natural coach for our site leadership populations;
- Data-driven and process-focused, with a passion for identifying and resolving bottlenecks to optimise recruitment practices;
- Focused on delivering a world-class candidate experience through strong feedback loops and a market-leading Employee Value Proposition that showcases our employer brand.
What You'll Have
- Demonstrable experience Talent Acquisition background - either agency-side or in-house, with a focus on senior workforce roles;
- Deep experience with direct sourcing - LinkedIn Recruiter & strategic, proactive pipelining experience will be important to deliver success;
- Strong project management skills - with the ability to run high-volume recruitment for multiple functions and hiring managers;
- Early Careers Experience - you'll be passionate about the early careers' space, ready to represent our Global Brand at University Careers' Fairs and growing our Traineeship Program;
- Effective and strategic ATS usage - you'll love story-telling through supporting and actionable data;
- Confident recruitment business partner - with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to ensure a positive candidate experience;
- Pragmatic negotiator - with the ability to spot opportunities and collaborate to find the right talent solution for every role.
