Position Description

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Senior Intelligence Analyst to support intelligence operations by providing timely, accurate, and actionable assessments. The analyst will synthesize complex data from multiple sources to produce insightful intelligence products supporting national security, military operations, law enforcement, or policy decision-makers.


Primary Responsibilities
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Minimum of five years of military intelligence experience with history providing intelligence briefings and updates to two- and three- star General Officer.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting missions in areas such as counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cyber transnational threats, or regional analysis.
• Collect, review, and analyze classified and open-source intelligence from diverse sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.).
• Identify trends, patterns, and emerging threats in geopolitical, military, economic, or cyber domains.
• Conduct all-source analysis to support intelligence production related to adversary capabilities, intentions, and activities.
• Prepare comprehensive intelligence reports, briefings, and assessments tailored to operational and strategic needs.
• Develop threat assessments, risk indicators, and predictive models using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Collaborate with collection managers to refine collection requirements based on analytical gaps.
• Provide real-time and strategic intelligence support to operational planners, policy makers, or warfighters.
• Participate in targeting efforts and recommend intelligence-driven courses of action.
• Engage with interagency and coalition partners for intelligence sharing and deconfliction.


Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience

• Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDSA)
• Certified Intelligence Analyst (IALEIA)
• Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA)
• GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI)
