Welcome to our multidisciplinary, energetic and well-coordinated team: Together with your colleagues, you will develop tailor-made business agility transformation approaches for and with our customers. In doing so, you will use agile methods such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, Nexus and Design Thinking.

In your position, you competently and reliably accompany complex IT-related delivery projects from requirements analysis to successful go-live. To achieve this, you first select the right delivery approach, implement it, identify and eliminate potential risks, dependencies and obstacles, and provide all parties involved with the necessary digital solutions.

You’ll also carefully handle program and portfolio management and communicate with stakeholders in a customer-friendly and courteous manner.

In doing so, you will skillfully and diplomatically balance the different demands of internal and external customers and resolve any conflicts of interest through empathetic moderation and negotiation with a willingness to compromise.

What We’re Looking Forward To

You possess a university degree (e.g. in computer science/IT, business informatics, business administration, but also marketing or other) or equivalent training – we welcome applications from any discipline!

You already have some professional experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an agile (IT) environment and know (scaled) agile methods, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development processes.

You are willing to pursue a career path in the area of Agile Delivery or Agile Advisory.

You are fluent in English and German and have an empathetic, efficient, and effective communication style.
