What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop new low-code, no-code data systems for the Disaster Management Division
• Gather and clarify data and reporting requirements from business owners
• Conduct extensive system analysis and data profiling on data source systems
• Design end-to-end data visualizations/reporting solutions to meet clients' needs
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for both internal and external use
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate's degree in a technical field or similar (statistics, financial, mathematics, analytics, data science)
• 2+ years' experience in developing and managing relational databases and/or CRM, including QuickBase, Salesforce, and/or MS Dynamics
• 2+ years' experience in MS Excel, including advanced formulas and charting
• 2+ years' experience working with large datasets or database systems
• Ability to travel in the U.S. up to 10%
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or similar (statistics, finance, mathematics, analytics, data science)
• 3+ years' experience as a data analyst, reporting analyst, or similar role
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and CRM
• Good understanding of BI reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with business process mapping and project management software
