Join Our Team as a Programmer Analyst Intern!

Are you passionate about salesforce? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our Cloud systems function. As a Programmer Analyst Intern, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team.

The Cloud Systems team manages the Salesforce application and supports the business with sales + service processes. In this role, you will report to the Cloud Systems manager and predominantly work with the Salesforce team. The role will involve creating Salesforce configurations, permission sets, data cleansing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Salesforce Configuration: Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet the needs of Commercial teams
  • This includes fields, page layouts, flows, and other customizations
  • User Support and Training: Provide support to Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing training as needed
  • Reporting and Analytics: Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline metrics, and other key business metrics
  • Process Documentation: Document Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices
  • System Maintenance and Upgrades: Assist in system maintenance tasks such as managing user permissions, monitoring system performance, and coordinating Salesforce releases and upgrades
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, PSS, and Marketing, to understand their requirements and ensure that Salesforce meets their needs

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Job Requirements ( To select this job at a minimum you must have the following):

  • Must be in good standing as a student at the Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level at an accredited university majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related major and returning to school full-time at the end of the internship.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting, reporting to CST zone.
  • Ability to work Full-Time in Summer 2025 for a minimum of 10 weeks.
  • Experience using Salesforce, other CRMs, or customer-based software
  • Experience with working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Projects, or similar
  • Attention to detail skills
  • Communication skills

Preferred

  • Prior cloud systems or salesforce internship experience a plus
