- Actively resolve customer inquiries and problems, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information
- Record customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences
- Engage in training programs to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements
- Fluency in German and English is a requirement
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, team-oriented environment effectively
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not required
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with great interpersonal skills
