What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide programmatic and fiscal analysis support for COVID-19 response initiatives
• Develop and oversee project management and reporting systems for team activities
• Coordinate meetings, webinars, and trainings, including administrative support tasks
• Assist in the hiring coordination of contract staff and support staff onboarding
• Monitor programmatic spending and ensure compliance with financial recordkeeping procedures
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• At least one year of professional analytical experience in fiscal tracking, administrative support, or project management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent two years of specialized work experience
• One year of experience in analysis or operations
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Solid interpersonal communication skills including verbal and written communication

• Education and work experience in public health and public administration
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Teams
• Experience working with grants and monitoring program activities related to health equity
• Knowledge of community-based organizations and local health departments
