We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Brooklyn, New York. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will have a crucial role in maintaining our database, ensuring the smooth operation of our company.

Responsibilities

• Accurately entering and updating customer information in our database
• Using 10 Key Skills to perform calculations and data entry tasks
• Providing excellent customer service through email correspondence and direct interaction
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data organization and communication purposes
• Handling inquiries from customers and resolving them in a timely manner
• Organizing files and records to ensure easy accessibility and accuracy
• Scanning documents and uploading them into the database
• Typing documents and correspondence as required
• Monitoring customer accounts and performing necessary actions based on account status.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong skills in Data Entry and 10 Key Skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Experience with email correspondence
• Strong organizational skills, particularly with arranging and managing files
• Ability to perform calculations accurately
• Proficient in scanning and digitizing documents
