Qualifications And Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good listening and empathy skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through verbal or written communication
- Assist customers in resolving their complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
