Working alongside some of the best and brightest minds, you'll work with the Senior Leadership team to define the future product roadmap and strategy for their core products. Responsibilities:
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, focusing on the UK market.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and product vision discussions.
• Contribute to scrum ceremonies; daily standups, refinement, and retrospective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
• Work closely with key stakeholders, including finance managers, to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Prioritise product backlog and features based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.
• Define key product success metrics, track product performance, and implement improvements as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations related to property management and lettings.
• Be an advocate for the user experience, ensuring that all products are intuitive and solve real-world problems for our customers.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or property management software.
• Experience working for a fintech, with a focus on payment processing and finance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the property management industry and lettings processes in the UK is preferred.
• Proven experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and Agile development methodologies.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role, with demonstrable experience of leading customer interviews.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and experience with analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
