ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a creative Recruitment Administrator who can craft compelling job advertisements and manage essential administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and enjoys working autonomously.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Craft and develop engaging job advertisements for various platforms, including paid media and social media
  • Maintain and update our CRM dashboard, ensuring live vacancies are accurately displayed
  • Manage and update interactive dashboards using Google Docs, Excel, and other tools to reflect active vacancies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our job advertisement partners
  • Assist with reporting, follow up on client briefs, and arrange appointments for the company owner
  • Drive continuous improvement within your area of responsibility
  • Perform various ad hoc tasks as needed by the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or near-native English proficiency (written and spoken) with a strong ability to create high-quality written content and suggest enhancements
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Solid experience with administrative tasks and a strong command of Google Sheets / Excel (Intermediate level or higher). A skills test will be part of the recruitment process
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Recruitment or Agency-related environment is highly desirable
  • Experience managing and maintaining CRM systems is a significant advantage
  • Impeccable attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere and manage your own invoicing (self-employed)
  • Availability during core business hours (09:00 AM – 08:00 PM BST) for approximately 20-25 hours per week
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and creative personality with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to think outside the box
  • A willingness to learn new skills and step out of your comfort zone.
