Homeoffice Senior Project Manager

Our client is an innovative and fast-growing company looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage and lead projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality work that meets the expectations of both their clients and internal teams.

About the Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the go-to person for managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Proactively manage project schedules and budgets, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Talent Management and Department Leads to secure necessary resources.
• Define and implement new processes that enhance team efficiency and project delivery.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agency partners.
• Assist in developing new business opportunities, including scoping and timeline management.
• Lead client meetings, clarify strategic requirements, and manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 6-10 years in a relevant field with a strong track record of successful project management.
• Skills:
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of software development processes and familiarity with development languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Swift).
• Understanding of Ruby on Rails development is a plus.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, with a focus on continuous improvement.
