As a Marketing and Sales Lead Generation Specialist at, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies

to drive qualified leads into our sales funnel. You will work closely with our marketing and sales

teams to identify target audiences, create and optimize campaigns, and nurture leads through

the buyer's journey. Your role is crucial in generating new business opportunities and

contributing to the overall growth of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.
  • Campaign Management: Create and manage lead generation campaigns, from initial concept through execution and analysis, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Target Audience Identification: Research and define target audiences, develop buyer personas, and tailor campaigns to reach and engage these audiences effectively.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the sales funnel, utilizing email sequences, personalized content, and follow-up communications.
  • CRM Management: Manage and maintain the agency's CRM system, ensuring all lead data is accurately captured, tracked, and updated.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI, to optimize lead generation efforts and maximize results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop lead magnets, landing pages, and other content assets that attract and convert prospects.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform lead generation strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, marketing, or sales.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC,

email marketing, and social media.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation

tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven

decisions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

across teams.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to drive lead generation.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced

environment.
