Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Research Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough sales research, accurately entering data, and maintaining our databases. This role is crucial to our operations and requires someone who can work independently while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
- Conduct comprehensive sales research to gather information on potential clients, company research, and contact enhancement.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and organize electronic files and documents.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support their data needs. Consistently check in with sales and marketing leadership to make sure that deliverables are meeting the desired expectations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry, sales research, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong internet research skills and ability to find and verify information.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
