- Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, marketing, professional services, and sales teams to define product requirements, features, and functionalities.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of releases that exceed customer expectations.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of our vessel management software.
