Medsurge Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Online Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the Hospital & Health Care industry.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide feedback to the Customer Support Manager on customer trends and issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or online support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
