About The Role

**Position Type**: Permanent, full-time, exempt, remote-first with a preference for New York City.

**Travel Requirement**: Required to travel 3-4 times per year, at a minimum.


Reporting to the Associate Director of NYC, the Partner Success Manager will manage a portfolio of 5-10 Host Company accounts with a minimum annual revenue of $250K. The role involves ensuring a successful experience for host companies, supporting the effective matching and hiring of Fellows, educating companies on expectations and available support, upholding principles of racial equity, diversity, and inclusion, and driving partnership renewal rates to promote sustainable program growth.

Requirements

**Partner Stewardship**

- Manage the program lifecycle experience for corporate partners by serving as the main point of contact, including but not limited to:

- Onboarding new partners.

- Supporting and collaborating with partners in their racial equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI) efforts.

- Regular email and verbal communication to ensure timely submission of deliverables.

- Monthly check-in video calls with partners to review REDI actions, sessions, deliverables, and feedback.

- Establishing a constructive feedback loop with partners.

- Retaining a minimum of $250K (NYC) partner revenue annually, aiming for 80% renewal of contracted internship roles.


**Systems and Operations**

- Support logistics of the 9-month program cycle, including:

- Internship matching process.

- Creating customized bi-annual performance reports for partner accounts.

- Leading the logistics and execution of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to facilitate intern matching.

- Using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to track partner communications and updates.

- Contributing content and graphics for mid-year and end-of-year impact reports.

- Collecting partner feedback through surveys to enable program improvements.

- Partnering with the Associate Director to design and facilitate “Pitch Day” events.


**Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI)**

- Hold partner companies accountable for the REDI goals they have committed to, aiming to improve any inequities while fostering new practices.

- Lead discussions with partner companies when feedback is necessary to ensure the success of Fellows and accountability.

- Curate and invite relevant audiences to REDI and talent acquisition events.

- Inform REDI programming and the Fellow curriculum based on partners’ needs and feedback.

- Coordinate partner-facing REDI events, including:

- Setting up virtual event environments with automated features for invitations and reminders.

- Promoting events and managing communication through email platforms.

- Tracking attendance and gathering feedback post-event.


General Qualifications

- Commitment to the mission and values of racial equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI).

- Experience in corporate account management, business consulting, or customer support liaison roles.

- Ability to autonomously manage relationships while overseeing team-wide projects.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Enjoys nurturing partner relationships and motivated to foster equitable change.

- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

- Effective project management skills with attention to detail.

- Driven to implement meaningful REDI improvements despite possible resistance.

- Open to engaging in feedback discussions with partners through a racial equity lens and committed to ongoing learning.


Bonus Qualifications

- Strong capacity to engage with diverse perspectives on REDI in a respectful and constructive manner.

- Proficiency in technical recruiting approaches and evaluation metrics.

- Familiarity with design platforms such as Canva.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-growing startups or nonprofits.

- Knowledge of trends and advancements in tech, innovation, and Human Resources (HR).
