Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Google CCAI DialogFlow CX Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing conversational AI solutions using Google DialogFlow CX. This role requires a deep understanding of natural language processing, conversation design, and integration with various systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conversation Design and Development:
    • Design and develop conversational flows using Google DialogFlow CX.
    • Create intents, entities, contexts, and other necessary components for robust conversational experiences.
    • Ensure the conversational AI can handle multiple scenarios and edge cases effectively.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP):
    • Implement and fine-tune NLP models to improve the accuracy and relevance of responses.
    • Continuously analyze and enhance the AI's ability to understand and respond to user queries.
  • Integration and Deployment:
    • Integrate DialogFlow CX with various platforms, such as CRM systems, messaging apps, and websites.
    • Deploy and maintain conversational agents in production environments.
    • Ensure smooth operation and high availability of deployed solutions.
  • Testing and Optimization:
    • Conduct thorough testing of conversational agents to identify and fix issues.
    • Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to continuously optimize and improve the AI solutions.
    • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance user experience.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective conversational AI solutions.
    • Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the solutions.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation of conversation designs, development processes, and system integrations.
    • Generate regular reports on performance, usage, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in designing and developing conversational AI solutions.
    • Proven expertise with Google DialogFlow CX and Google Cloud CCAI (Contact Center AI).
    • Strong understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
    • Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks for system integration.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer
  • Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer
  • Certifications in AI and NLP technologies
