About the Role:
An Associate Product Manager position is available for individuals eager to be part of a disruptive industry platform's development. This role offers the chance to have a significant impact on a company at its inception, addressing complex challenges in an industry poised for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customers' industries deeply and uncover their key challenges.
- Collaborate with product and senior leadership to contribute to and align on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers to identify critical needs and functional requirements.
- Work closely with the development team and designers to realize the product vision.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to plan launches and ensure ongoing product success.
- Guide content managers in developing engaging customer-facing content.
- Contribute to the product roadmap, balancing customer needs with business priorities and effectively justify decisions.
- Document solutions accurately and ensure the information presented is comprehensive and appropriate.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS companies.
- Background in startup environments is preferred.
- Experience in developing and implementing business cases and product strategies.
- Domain expertise in CAD, BIM, Construction takeoff/estimating fields.
- Proven ability to drive alignment, influence, and lead cross-functional teams successfully.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Curiosity and a commitment to ongoing learning.
- Strong team player comfortable challenging assumptions and providing constructive feedback.
- Able to prioritize tasks and deliver value for customers while managing multiple stakeholders.
