Our client is a leading digital marketing agency based in the USA, catering to very specific and targeted clients. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can oversee internal operations, streamline projects, and ensure seamless communication and execution.

About the role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal operations of the agency, streamlining projects, and managing follow-ups. You will work closely with our internal team and business partners, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Experience in marketing agencies and a basic understanding of digital marketing software are essential. Fluency in English is required.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee internal operations of the agency to ensure smooth workflow.
• Streamline project processes and manage follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
• Use project management tools like Asana, Zapier, and ClickUp for efficient project tracking and management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in repositioning strategies.
• Implement and manage time-tracking tools like Time Doctor to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure deliverables are met according to client expectations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
• Educate and train team members on product features, usage, and troubleshooting steps.
• Record and maintain detailed and accurate project interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to share insights and contribute to the improvement of products and services.
• Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all internal interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Proficient in English with project management experience in a marketing agency.
• 3+ years of experience working in this field.
• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Zapier, ClickUp).
• Experience in KPI management and repositioning strategies.
