- Pay Rule, Accrual Profile assignment assistance
- Create/generate ad hoc report requests
- Assign correct security access to new hires or updates to HR teams (Practitioners)
- Troubleshoot issues with employee and practitioner access
- Open support tickets with ADP to troubleshoot and escalate system issues
- Provide day-to-day support in areas of systems and data management, data integrity, and reporting
- Audit HRIS data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transaction and compliance with company policies
Skilled to Advanced excel skills
Required Systems Experience: ADP eTime, ADP Enterprise (Ev5) - (Kronos time tracking is equivalent to eTime as well)
Preferred Systems experience: ADP Recruiting Management, ADP Talent
