Position: Fully Remote Recruitment Specialist (Open to candidates across Canada & the US)

In this permanent opportunity, you will build and further important recruitment and sourcing experience and gain invaluable insights into the complexities of the hiring process. You will become a master of all things hiring and ensure you build competencies at every stage of the process (85%)

In addition to recruitment - you will be able to truly impact the business by continuing our continued focus on business development (15%). Working alongside the leadership team and the Growth Manager - it is a combined effort to grow and you will assist by attending events, representing our brand, and ensuring we continue to build in the right direction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working closely with our Recruitment Managers, Jaafar and Christie, you will support various stages of recruitment and client engagement. In the first 3-6 months you can expect to become a master of administrative and sourcing tasks. Your growth trajectory will lead you to manage the full front-end/early stages of the recruitment process.

Each day brings new challenges, but the typical responsibilities include the following:

• Sourcing candidates and building pipelines through various forms of technology
• Managing job descriptions and posting roles on various platforms.
• Reviewing resumes and online profiles for further review.
• Updating candidates, maintaining CRMs, and responding to requests from clients, candidates, and the internal team.
• Managing candidate communication through LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Attending various meetings & industry events.
• Supporting marketing and business development initiatives.
• Attending events and opportunities to secure new customers.
• Assist the Growth Manager in reach out campaigns and furthering email sales initiatives.
