Join our motivated MM Board & Paper Sales Team as Vice President for our Cartonboard Sales Market Expansion (m/f/d).

Your Role

  • You oversee regional sales operations and sales of the complete Cartonboard (FBB and WLC) product portfolio of MM Board & Paper, ensuring efficient sales coverage, customer base management, and strategic market expansion
  • You set and monitor sales targets, motivate and lead regional Heads and the sales organization, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • You coach and mentor the team for professional development and performance enhancement, providing feedback and developmental support
  • You lead the deployment of the Commercial Excellence program, ensuring adherence to corporate sales processes and effective use of sales tools like visit reports and the Opportunity Tracker
  • You coordinate the contract, ATR agreements and price list approval flow, and manage storage in line with Internal Audit requirements
  • You provide input for the rolling forecast on a regular basis, ensuring a continuously high level of forecasting accuracy, and steer activities to improve faster turnover of working capital
  • You facilitate effective cross-departmental collaboration, particularly with Global Accounts, Innovation, Sustainability, and Marketing departments and spearhead the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities

Your Profile

  • You hold a degree in a Commercial or Technical field
  • You have 10-15 years' sales leadership experience in the paperboard/packaging or printing sectors
  • You have exceptional leadership skills with a coaching emphasis and proven people management in diverse, international settings
  • You have a deep understanding of sales, supply chain, and logistics processes and are proficient with CRM systems and sales tools
  • You have the ability to build global networks and advance company vision with proven strategic growth execution
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills to negotiate; German and other languages beneficial
  • You are willing to travel extensively in and outside Europe

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 110.000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
