As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.


Role Overview:

The Customer Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns that focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing customer base. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance customer relationships, drive retention, and contribute to overall company revenue goals. As well as this they will work closely with our Support & Customer Success teams to ensure customers are kept well informed about product updates and customer events and we have a well thought-out renewals program.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted customer marketing campaigns to increase upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify key upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the customer base.

• Collaborate with Support and Product teams to keep customers informed with product features and events/training.

• Take lead on all customer communications including newsletters, events andsurveys.

• Craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with various customer segments, showcasing the value of our software solutions.

• Be responsible for an MQL target to deliver against upsell targets

• Own Trustpilot and other review sites and work to maintain scores and respond to feedback/comments

• Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, analysing results and making data-driven adjustments to optimise campaigns for maximum impact.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and executing successful customer marketing campaigns, with a focus on upselling and revenue growth.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing strategies.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Creative thinker who can bring innovative ideas to the table and adapt to changing market trends.

• Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments to achieve shared goals.
