As a Sales and Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations, liaising with cleaners, and ensuring exceptional customer service for the clients. Your primary responsibilities will include sales administration, client follow-ups, working on our CRM and booking form, charging cards, updating Excel schedules, handling queries and complaints, and other admin-related duties.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Customer care | client handling | complaints experience essential.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Able to handle diverse tasks.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Own laptop and stable internet connection as well as back up for loadshedding
  • Will be required to work one weekend shift per month, fully compensated for, and an additional day in lieu of the weekend worked.
