The Role

We’re looking for a virtual assistant to help support our remotely distributed team. Some of the functions you might do include:

  • Recruiting: Sourcing great candidates for us to hire across engineering, design, client relations, and product.
  • Research: Track and maintain information on potential customers, competitors, and partners.
  • Product: Helping the product team test and validate completed features, compile customer feedback, and evaluate technology partners we may work with.
  • Content Moderation: Review the content flagged by our systems to decide if our customers need to be alerted about deepfakes or other questionable content.
  • Organization: Ensure our files are properly named and filed for ease of use.

About You

We’re looking for the following qualities:
  • Detail Oriented: You are thorough, complete, and accurate when executing tasks.
  • Hustle: Can easily work around roadblocks to find another solution. You don’t give up easily, you don’t waste time doing things the hard way. This job won’t always be fun, in fact, the majority will be repetitive work but you have the fortitude to power through.
  • Empathy: You understand the intent and goal of the client, customer, team member and can deliver towards that goal rather than being overly focused on a specific instruction.
  • Communicative: You’re great at written and verbal communication and do not hesitate to reach out with questions. You can easily go from chat to email to a loom video when needed.
