Bully Pulpit International is an outcomes agency made up of strategists, data scientists, and artists. We come from politics, brands, and government and we communicate without barriers and measure what matters. We have more than 350 team members in six countries and thirteen offices — Berlin, Brussels, Chicago, D.C., London, Los Angeles, New York, Oslo, San Francisco, and Zürich. We apply our unique expertise across strategic communications, public affairs, research, and digital marketing to create sophisticated and customized strategies that make change possible for both American and European clients.
The Opportunity To Make An Impact
Bully Pulpit International is seeking a Senior Director/Director who will be responsible for driving effective, modern, and strategic electoral and advocacy campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with candidates, campaign managers, and leaders of political organizations to identify their needs or challenges and recommend and execute targeted solutions. This person is a hands-on, strategic leader responsible for delivering messages and creating content that cut through information silos to persuade, motivate, and ultimately win campaigns.
Are you a voracious consumer of political and brand content who has a strong point-of-view about how politicians and causes need to evolve their approach to break through? Do you love to dig into data and identify insights that help inform strategic recommendations? Are you a great writer who is equally adept at writing a memo to a leadership and copy in the voice of a candidate? Do you have the drive to manage and encourage your team, coupled with an ability to engender trust and confidence with your clients? Then you might be the right person to join our growing senior leadership team.
