Join our RevOps team and play a vital role at the core of Shiftmove’s Go-To-Market operations. You’ll play a supportive role in improving efficiency and alignment across our GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) by streamlining processes, data management, and CRM tools to drive operational excellence.

YOUR ROLE

Your daily task will include, but are not limited to:

• Support: providing frontline support to address the daily needs and queries of our 25 GTM Reps
• System Maintenance: assisting with the administration and optimization of core GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Demodesk, and Talkdesk
• Project Management: assisting with various RevOps projects across the customer journey to optimize revenue generation and overall profitability
• Data Management: ensuring CRM data accuracy and reliability
• Reporting: building, analyzing, and maintaining reports and dashboards to track performance and generate insights

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in an operations role focused on revenue, sales, or customer success, ideally within a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, being able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in creating clear, comprehensive documentation for ongoing processes
• Highly motivated and proactive with a desire to learn and grow in the RevOps field
• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
• Currently based in Germany with a valid work visa
