We’re excited to announce a new opportunity for a Youth Group Coordinator to join our parish team in a highly flexible role.This is a new position, offering you the chance to shape the future of our youth program from the ground up. The main focus will be to create and facilitate engaging youth groups for ages 9-11 and 12-17, with a focus on faith, fun, and fellowship. Over the next four months, you’ll be working closely with Father Bryan to get the program up and running, with the aim to officially start in March.

  • Flexible Work Arrangement: No set days or times—this role allows you to work from home and coordinate your own schedule.
  • Preparation Period: For the first four months, your focus will be on planning, strategizing, and creating a sustainable youth ministry.
  • Work with Father Bryan: You will have the guidance and support of Father Bryan throughout the process.
  • No Experience Required: Whether you're experienced or new to youth work, we encourage you to apply! We’re looking for someone with energy, creativity, and a passion for building community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead youth groups for children and teens.
  • Plan and organize events that promote youth evangelization within the parish.
  • Build and maintain a calendar of internal and external events.
  • Create a social media plan to promote youth ministry and events.
  • Establish a team of young adult volunteers to support youth activities.
Skills & Qualities:
  • Highly organized and creative.
  • Passionate about working with young people.
  • Comfortable with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills.
