Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
- Track and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to improving support processes and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development of customer support resources, such as FAQs and help guides.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the electric or technology industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
