T&M Associates is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Developer to join our growing Technology Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing software applications, mentoring junior developers, and providing technical leadership. Preferred locations: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications that align with business requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and offer technical leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in application development, or a combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, IIS, Azure, XML, REST, Entity Framework, and Visual Studio.
- Strong understanding of the application lifecycle, full-stack development, databases, and application services.
- Experience with Blazor, MVC, React, and Bootstrap is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps (or equivalent tools).
- Familiarity with Agile principles and Scrum framework (certifications is a plus).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and ability to leverage these tools responsibly in day-to-day engineering tasks.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification and industry certifications in Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, Azure, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed for projects and opportunities.
T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $104,500 - $135,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
