Suite Attendant – Job Description
Position Summary
The Suite Attendant is responsible for thoroughly cleaning suites, replenishing guest amenities and linens, maintaining supply areas, and ensuring all suites meet extended stay brand standards. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest service by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
Perform daily and scheduled room cleanings, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.
Maintain kitchens in accordance with extended stay standards.
Rotate linen changes as scheduled for extended stay guests.
Inspect and clean shower curtains, mirrors, windows, and other fixtures.
Properly clean and stock carts, ensuring they are neat and presentable.
Report missing or damaged furniture/equipment and submit maintenance work orders.
Handle lost and found items according to property procedures.
Maintain key control and ensure guest security by keeping doors locked at all times.
Assist with laundry operations as needed.
Support fellow team members to ensure daily workloads are completed.
Take initiative to assist guests and answer questions throughout the hotel.
Train new associates as directed.
Follow brand service culture and all checklist responsibilities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Prior housekeeping/hotel experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Dedicated, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest and property information.
Willingness to learn hotel operations and safety procedures.
Familiarity with emergency equipment and procedures (preferred).

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) may be required for certain tasks.
