Nurse Practitioner– Part Time (20-25 hours)– Greater Portland Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to expand access to primary care including substance use services. This position will work with a team to provide care for our vulnerable community members in the health center, through street outreach and on the mobile clinic.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Maine State license to practice medicine and have a valid DEA number required.
- At least two years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner strongly preferred.
- Board Certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American College of Nurse Practitioners upon graduation.
- Be able to be credentialed at assigned hospitals and contractible on Greater Portland Health insurance plans.
- Must not be excluded from participation in federal health care programs
