BGIS is a global leader in integrated facilities management, known for delivering innovative solutions across critical environments. We are seeking a detail-driven HSEQ Advisor to join our team, supporting two key clients — with a structured work pattern that ensures strong engagement across sites.
This is a unique role for someone with strong administration, WHS, and Quality Assurance experience who is passionate about driving safety and compliance standards across diverse client environments.
Work Pattern
- 1 day per week at Macquarie Park
- 1 day per week at Sydney CBD – World Square
- 1 day per week at your preferred site (either CBD or Macquarie Park)
- 2 days per week working from home (once fully trained)
- Plus: 2 annual client site visits for audit and compliance purposes
Key Responsibilities
- Provide WHS and QA support across two client sites, ensuring compliance with legislative, contractual, and BGIS requirements.
- Maintain and enhance HSEQ systems, documentation, and processes to align with best practice standards.
- Support the monitoring of contractor safety, incident reporting, and investigations.
- Assist with audits, permits to work, and quality checks across sites.
- Prepare HSEQ reporting, statistics, and documentation for both clients and BGIS.
- Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administration skills with proven experience in managing records, reports, and compliance systems.
- Background in WHS and Quality Assurance — experience within facilities management, construction, or property sectors highly regarded.
- Working knowledge of incident investigation, auditing, and compliance processes.
- Certificate IV in WHS (minimum) required.
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Australian Citizenship is essential due to one client being a government account with on-site security requirements.
