RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Registered Nurse - Clinical Research to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Registered Nurse - Clinical Research, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care, business development, and patient recruitment initiatives into clinical research trials. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (Day Shift).

(70%) Clinical Research

• Develop relationships between imaging facilities, clinical research institutions and physician offices to general patient referrals; establish processes to facilitate transfer of information between sites following regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate physician databases to determine the value of referral sources and patient volume.
• Conduct patient chart reviews to determine patient eligibility for clinical trials using study protocol inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Schedule and conduct patient consultation visits to further determine clinical trial eligibility.
• Participate in patient education and recruitment events.
• Assist nursing staff when research responsibilities are completed.

(25%) Patient Care

• Assist physicians and manage patient care pre, intra, and post-procedure for research biopsies, if indicated.
• Collaborate with clinical research institution and imaging facility personnel to schedule research visits.

(5%) Other duties as assigned
