Position: Service Technician for Mount Ridge – Baltimore, MD
Role Overview
As a Service Technician at Mount Ridge, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this community with 266 apartment-homes.

Most Important Responsibilities
- Work closely with your fellow Team Members to complete work orders and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
- Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
- Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
- Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
- Interact with residents in a professional and respectful manner.
Most Important Qualifications
- 2-4 years of recent hands-on experience in building apartment maintenance preferred
- EPA certification strongly preferred
- HVAC skills, plumbing, drywall, appliance repairs, carpentry and electrical
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Resourceful problem solver
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in the emergency on-call rotation every 3rd week
- Vehicle, driver’s license, basic tools
