We’re looking for two unicorns — the real kind, not the glitter kind — one full-time and one part-time — to join our client service team. This isn’t just about answering phones. This is about being the heartbeat of our hospital, the calm in the storm, and the reason clients say, “Wow, those folks are amazing.”
What You’ll Actually Do (a.k.a. why this job isn’t boring):
- Direct traffic like an air-traffic controller — phones, emails, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Keep the front of the hospital humming so our medical team can work their magic.
- Comfort stressed-out pets (and their humans) with patience and empathy.
- Spot problems before they even happen, because that’s just how your brain works.

- Customer service experience is a must; veterinary experience is a bonus.
