GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
This position is responsible for researching, listing, and providing accurate descriptions of donations that are selected to be sold through various online auction sites. Must meet or exceed the listing daily production goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures work activities are being completed efficiently while maintaining compliance with all safety standards; ensures staff is adhering to all safety expectations and requirements for the workplace with an emphasis on neatness, cleanliness, and organization. This duty is performed daily.
2. Research items selected to be listed to ensure listing accuracy. Using web-based software to list our items on various auction sites. Expected to meet or exceed established daily quotas. This duty is performed daily.
3. Performs accurate initial sort and grading of donations to be listed. Supervises and performs posting of donations into the inventory system, shelving, and order processing. This duty is performed daily.
4. Works with management in identifying and addressing any quality control issues. This duty is performed weekly.
5. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, people served, co-workers and management. This duty is performed daily.
6. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. This duty is performed daily.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ACCURACY
Probable errors of internal and external scope would have a moderate effect on the operational efficiency of the organizational component concerned. Errors might possibly go undetected for a considerable period of time, thereby creating an inaccurate picture of an existing situation. Could cause further errors, losses, or embarrassment to the organization. The possibility for error is always present due to the requirements of the job.
EMPLOYEE CONTACT
Contacts occasionally with others beyond immediate associates, but generally of a routine nature. May obtain, present or discuss data, but only as pertains to an immediate and specific assignment. No responsibility for obtaining cooperation or approval of action or decision.
USE OF MACHINES, EQUIPMENT AND/OR COMPUTERS
Regular use of complex machines and equipment (desktop/laptop computer and software, road and production machines and equipment, driver's license/cdl, etc.)
WORKING CONDITIONS
Periodically exposed to such elements as noise, intermittent standing, walking, pushing, carrying, or lifting; but none are present to the extent of being disagreeable.
