Hybrid Receiving Associate chez LACO Technologies Inc

LACO Technologies is seeking an experienced, energetic, and conscientious receiving associate to perform daily parts and equipment receiving functions, working under general instructions and expected to determine how to accomplish the workload from day to day. Job Description

• Receiving process; signing delivery documents, prioritizing package receipts, and ensuring materials are routed correctly.
• Unpack and visually inspect all incoming parts and equipment
• Properly match receiving paperwork with purchasing documents
• Issuing parts to jobs (WIP)
• Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Timely recording of all receipts and issues using an ERP system
• Investigate and resolve parts problems, help to ensure consistent accuracy of inventory
• Maintain shipping/receiving areas in a clean and orderly manner
• Use a computer system to process incoming parts with issuing and part staging
• Help to ensure consistent inventory tracking and accuracy of inventory

Skills Needed

• No experience necessary
• Ability to perform duties accurately, and in a timely manner with little to no supervision
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of warehouse processes  
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Education & Experience

• High School diploma
• Basic Microsoft Outlook computer skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience
