The mission of Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) is to respectfully assist people to achieve and sustain self-sufficiency through direct services, education, and community partnerships.
CAP is looking for a Seneca Programs Coordinator in our Seneca Office. The Seneca Programs Coordinator provides support and supervision to Seneca staff and Healthcare Navigators delivering services through food, emergent, housing, and Health Benefits Exchange programs, ensuring high-quality customer service and accurate record keeping.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field with 2 years of leadership and supervisory experience preferred; or
- Associate degree in the above fields with 4 years of leadership and supervisory experience required.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled for 35 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $24.31.
