We're currently hiring a Braiding Machine Operator to support our production operations in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• As a Braiding Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include:
• Operate braiders, spoolers, drying towers & more
• Use tools like calipers and scales to meet specs
• Weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients accurately
• Enter data into our MRP system
• Keep your area clean, safe, and audit-ready

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–3 years of experience (we’ll train you!)
• Basic computer & math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Work Environment:

You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
