Hybrid Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal - Part-time chez IVC Evidensia

We’re looking for a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.

You’ll be involved in a variety of clinical duties, including:

*In-patient care for surgical and medical cases

*Anaesthesia monitoring

*Nurse consultations

*Laboratory work

Abbey Vets is a well-established small animal practice with two branches: Durham and Chester-le-Street. This role will be split across both sites on a rota basis.

Our facilities include:

*Digital radiography & dental x-ray

*Ultrasound & endoscopy

*Multiparameter monitoring

*Laser therapy

*On-site behaviourist

Our team consists of 9 Veterinary Surgeons, 13 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 4 Veterinary Care Assistants. We also have a fantastic reception and admin team who handle insurance and financial matters. We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and fostering a positive, supportive work environment and are proud to be dog and cat friendly accredited at our Chester-le-Street site.

This is a part-time role with a 20-hour week. Typically, this would consist of 2 weekdays (between 8am–7pm) and 1 in 6 Saturdays (8am–2pm). There are no Sundays, out-of-hours, or bank holidays
