Leverages deep ERP expertise and project management best practices to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Drives decisions and resolves project issues during on-site implementations. Facilitates organizational change for user adoption, including on-site training and support. Impact of the Role:

Essential Functions:
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
Manages technical and non-technical aspects of the project.
Plans, schedules, and ensures timely completion of the project.
Assembles IT project teams and manages resource allocation and day-to-day operations of the project.
Serves as liaison between team members and management team regarding IT projects.
Incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables.
Possesses strong knowledge of information technology.
Required Qualifications:
Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
Discipline/Major: Information Technology or related degree preferred.
Other: Aerospace and defense industry experience. Project management certifications (i.e., PMP, CSM, PSM, etc.). Experience in IFS, SAP, and/or Oracle ERP systems.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
