Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team in Loveland and Fort Collins, Colorado. This Full -time position is scheduled for Monday to Thursday, totaling 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and care for patients in a respectful and timely manner
• Administer medications per protocol and within LVN scope of practice
• Perform vital signs checks and nursing assessments
• Educate patients about their infusions or injections using evidence-based practices
• Complete pre-infusion biologic screening questions
• Deliver written and verbal education tailored to each patient’s treatment
• Adhere to medication administration standards, including the Five Rights
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses in real-time using EMR
• Ensure smooth patient flow and manage care complexity
• Respond to medical emergencies under provider guidance
• Maintain OSHA-compliant infection control practices
• Uphold HIPAA standards and patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with clinical teammates and assist as needed with patient care
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required
• Current, unrestricted LVN license (California)
• Intravenous (IV) Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum 1 year of post-graduate LVN experience
• Infusion experience preferred but not required
