Your Impact Starts Here

As a Junior Business Controller, you’ll become a trusted partner to the management team, helping drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. You will:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports including SG&A, P&L, Billable Reports, Project Dashboards, and C&S.
  • Support forecasting and financial planning processes.
  • Assist with IR approvals, SOD checks, and sales support activities.
  • Conduct cost and sales reviews ahead of month-end.
  • Maintain and update the CG Quotation Tool.
  • Provide support for warranty and AEM reporting, and assist with inventory and fixed asset tracking.

This role is designed to evolve with you. As you gain experience, you’ll be trained and empowered to take on:

  • Leading business reviews with Sales Groups across DDS, Canada, and the US.
  • Preparing and analyzing price increase strategies.
  • Performing ADRA checks and reconciliation sign-offs with the Finance Group.
  • Supporting MALA financial reviews and provision assessments.
  • Contributing to the development of new financial reports and tools.
  • Managing VIM approval workflows and governance checkpoints.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Initiative, flexibility, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse.
